I've had my PAR for about the same time and I had no trouble configuring my
system. So I can help you I need to know your system setup (PAR,Toaster,Black
Burst,Camera....). I use the PAR with a TBCIV slaved to it for video capture
connected to my toaster with a camera as my genlock source. I double checked
and it's setup just like the manual states.
